Michael Westhafer is the founder of Restaurant Rebellion and a seasoned restaurant veteran with over 20 years of experience in both independent and corporate settings. He’s worked every role from chef to general manager to dishwasher, leading multi-million-dollar restaurants and managing teams of over 200 people.
After years in the trenches, Michael saw how independent restaurant owners were being crushed by corporate chains with massive marketing budgets—and decided to do something about it.
Through Restaurant Rebellion, he’s on a mission to arm independent operators with the digital marketing tools, strategies, and confidence they need to compete, grow, and win.
